I am really enjoying settling into regional cooking. I love how these cuisines have been thought of as simplistic, but yet this dish is so involved that in will involve days of prep and a myraid of ingredients.
It's all worth every bite when you get the opportunity to taste the flavors of mexico and enjoy the sunshine while sipping on an agua fresca, totally relaxed and well fed.
Our full is menu will be set up family style and will take place inside my abobe. I don't cook Mexican Food often at home, but when I do, it really is something that I love sharing with others so please plan on attending.
